By creating an account, accessing Mangalya, purchasing a subscription, sending vendor requests, creating digital invitations, uploading content, or using any platform feature, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms should be read together with Mangalya's Privacy Policy, especially wherever data is collected or payments are processed.

"Mangalya," "we," "our," or "us" means the owner/operator of the Mangalya platform.

"Platform" means the Mangalya app, website, dashboards, digital invitation pages, vendor portal, and all related services.

"User," "you," or "your" means any person or entity using the Platform, including event managers, customers, vendors, guests, and administrators.

"Event Manager" means a user who creates and manages events, service lines, vendor requests, invitations, guest information, schedules, and related event planning details.

"Vendor" means a service provider who receives, accepts, rejects, responds to, or fulfils event-related requests through Mangalya.

"Guest" means a person who receives an invitation link, views event information, RSVP's, or interacts with a digital invitation.

"User Content" means any content uploaded, created, submitted, or shared by users, including event descriptions, notes, photos, videos, vendor files, attachments, invitation content, logos, comments, messages, and RSVP data.

Cancellation / Refund Summary for Checkout

Unless stated otherwise, Mangalya platform fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle starts, the digital invitation is customised/published/shared, or the premium feature is activated. Duplicate or incorrect payments may be reviewed by support.

Chargeback Warning for Billing Page

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact Mangalya Support before raising a bank dispute. False or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension or restriction of paid features.

14. Service downtime and availabilityThe platform may be unavailable because of maintenance, outages, incidents, or external events.

15. User-generated contentUsers retain ownership while granting Mangalya a licence needed to operate the platform.

16. User content restrictionsIllegal, abusive, infringing, misleading, harmful, or unlawful content is prohibited.

17. Photos, media, and invitation contentUsers are responsible for media, names, family details, child details, and invitation content.

18. Intellectual property of MangalyaMangalya owns or licenses the platform, software, design system, templates, and technology.

19. Invitation templates and generated designsUsers get limited event use rights while Mangalya owns or licenses template frameworks.

20. Acceptable useUsers may not abuse, scrape, disrupt, bypass, impersonate, spam, or misuse the platform.

21. Vendor-specific termsVendor profiles, services, availability, compliance, and event data use must be accurate and lawful.

22. Event manager-specific termsEvent Managers must send accurate requests, manage sharing, and handle offline execution.

23. Guest and invitation link termsGuests may access invitation pages through shared links and must not misuse them.

24. Third-party services and external linksThird-party services may apply their own terms, policies, pricing, and availability.

25. Privacy and personal dataPersonal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy.

26. Suspension and terminationMangalya may restrict accounts for misuse, non-payment, illegal content, or platform risk.

27. DisclaimersThe platform is provided as is and as available, with warranties disclaimed where allowed.

28. Limitation of liabilityLiability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

29. IndemnityUsers indemnify Mangalya for claims arising from their use, content, violations, or disputes.
